Through my own experiences with stress, grief, and nervous system imbalance, I’ve seen how deeply our skin, emotions, and overall wellness are connected. This journey has shaped my approach: creating space for regulation before correction, supporting the skin barrier, reducing inflammation, and allowing the body to restore itself at its own pace.
